Maybe you can explain a little more about your problem, such as when this error happens. Are you having problems installing Visual Studio? Is Visual Studio installed and you are having problems creating a project? Or is it something else?

Sir, I am already install vs2010 and 2 project small done last month , but when add/remove program from control panel then from this day the above problem come

only change c:\user\sanjay\appdata folder security permission given FULL

Solution 1

That sounds like a file system access problem. Either a file or folder does not have write access for you. You didn't say what version of Visual Studio you are using. For VS2010, my settings 'want' to be at

%USERPROFILE%\documents\visual studio 2010\settings\CurrentSettings.vssettings

My first guess is that you have a file protection problem there. If not there, somewhere similar...

Sir, pl. sir give me details about CurrentSettings.vssettings file , the file location my pc is C:\Users\sanjay\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Settings, folder have write access ,Thanks
