All one needs to know is: this is a single-core CPU with the
instruction-set architecture x86. Everything related to the CPU is totally irrelevant, no matter what software is used:

And the RAM size is also relevant, that's all.
Even though this is a pretty much obsolete and weak configuration, I'm sure that many used it with IIS and most likely IIS7, so what? I don't think it can be relevant to your question and the photograph of the server case (or what is it?). CPUs are CPUs and computer boxes are computer boxes. One component says too little about another one. :-)
