Visible part of web page only refresh

Hi All,

My requirement is my webpage have lots of data. When am open my site visible part(Screen Size)of my website only refresh and display contents. And if we scroll bottom THEN particular scrolled part contents refresh and display. Dont need UpdatePanel,Ajax ctrls
