I want to start work in MVC asp.net C# in vs 2010.plz send me a sample project or links to insert,update,delete data using sql server.

No one will do a sample project here for you because possibly you aren't going to hire one for that.Isn't it?
A lot better if you do a search in Google[^] and found a good link that would help you.
