Any problems? The answer actually depends on how your hosting company works with you. Did you ask them?
And a note of you: you need to take care of deployment on earlier stages of the project.

yes Maciej Los i have google and also watch some videos on youtube about deployment
but i didn't a meaning full deployment that the reason why i have asked here.

can you give me some reference on creating setup file of vb.net with sql server database it is Desktop application
