how to upload files to onedrive from window application?

hi,

can someone please tell me how can i connect and upload files to one drive using c# winform application.
i tried using live sdk but its working with framework 4.5 whereas my application is using 4.0 framework. do you have any idea if there is any other way to connect to onedrive and upload files.
