Local and remote DB synchronizing

I am using a web application now but now planning to make a portion of the same application as desktop and tables for that part will be moved to a local server.

The same tables will be affected from the desktop and web application .So
I am supposed to update all the changes on the local tables to the remote server and vice versa.

Please advise how i can handle this.
