I found this solution fit my requirements one by one.
But when I'd implemented it I met a problem with mouse clicking on the check boxes. It does not work. Clicking on the content presenter works great.
In the original solution it works OK. It breaks in the setter of the IsChecked property. In my solution it does not.
I tried using MouseRightButtonDown instead of MouseLeftButtonDown and it works via the VisualToggleButton handlers.
Do you have any idea what's my problem?

As Sascha has stated, you need to post this as a comment to the article at Working with Checkboxes in the WPF TreeView[^]

I would suggest you first compare your code to the original and find what is different. Neither the author nor any other member will be able to work out what's wrong if we can't see your code!
