Have a look in the Object Browser or on MSDN at the classes in there, some will obviously be very useful.
Experiment with them on a simpler task first so you get used to their methods and properties and post if you get stuck - along with the code you've tried.

The Non-Client area of a window is defined as the area you don't draw on; ie the window border, caption, menu bar and scroll bars.
You can draw in it in WPF (WPF Non-Client Area Design Techniques For Custom Window Frames[^])
You can paint in the NCA by overriding WndProc and trapping WM_NCPAINT (0x85), but I can't help with getting a button in there!

This is C#, not C++. Switch blocks cannot fall through in C#, they must end in a break statement.
Please, go and look at a C# book under two sections: "switch statement" and "Don't use goto unless you really, really have to"

There are times when a goto can really improve readability, rather than if...if..if..if... etc.
Having said that, I don't think I've used one in a non-assembler language for twenty or so years.
