Take your time and document everything that doesn't work. When asked why it isn't done start reading from the list.
I found out a long time ago that people cannot push you if you push back.
The first time I got to use this was when I told a manger that I needed 2 weeks to code 3 modules. He said do it in one week. I countered and said let's do it in 3 days since it is not going to work at the end of the week anyway. He gave me 2 weeks.

As long as you are not the cause of the problem sit back and enjoy the show.

Earth's terminator, to be exact, and not so much a picture as a movie:
Equinox on a Spinning Earth[^] is a short (15 second) movie taken from a year's worth of satellite images aligned so the planet looks immobile. This gives a view of how the terminator -- the boundary between night and day -- moves from one autumn equinox to the next.
And just in time for the spring equinox tomorrow! (Or today, depending on where you are on the planet.)

Should the terminator go horizontal, then termination will have been completed.

I can play Thunderstruck pretty well on my guitar and came accross some youtube tutorials of the song. Interesting, I think, might be some trick or detail I can improve on.
Are there bad tutorials out there or what, some of them can hardly hold a guitar and their version doesn't even come very close.
What "struck" me the most is that almost ALL versions use picking (with one claiming that picking is the "real" way of doing it. Personally I think Angus uses both methods, I've seen him use picking on live shows.)
So I was curious, am I the only person on this planet playing Thunderstruck with only hammer-on's and pull-off's (for the intro)?
How do you play it?

Yeah, but can you play it with flames[^] coming out of the guitar?
Repost, I know, but you were asking for it, and I think it's pretty cool (no pun intended) all the same...

The studio version has Angus picking the notes (you can hear the pick strikes). Live, in certain shows, he does it via pull offs because it looks a lot showier but if you watch Live at the river plate[^], you see that he's picking.

It can be done both ways, I kind of use a combination of both where I pluck the string then hammer-on / pull-off.
I would have loved to have the internet when I played years ago, it's so easy these days to look up a song and get the tabs and video lessons. We had to learn everything by ear or go buy a copy of Guitar Player. I've also worn out a few records along the way.
It was broke, so I fixed it.

YOu seen the state of some CP articles? Its the internet, full of wannabees.
BTW Thunderstruck is pretty easy to play, the problem is losing interest since it gets very repettetive after a minute.
It is plucked though the whole time, no hammers or pulls, if you listen to the atack on every note.

So with each new generation of consoles there is a mini war between fan boys. Apparently the PS4 won this time around due to better specs and less restrictions but no one is buying either console until they decide to stop charging and arm, a leg and your financial future for the devices.
I myself, if I had such expendable income, would of chosen the Xbox One, being a fan of the device and liking the kinnect stuff.
Anyway Sony have announced a prototype VR headset for the PS4 to compete with the new oculus rift device which has started the recent (2-3 year) VR Trend. I actually like the idea of immersive gaming and virtual reality so if Sony had announced this before the PS4 release they would of got my vote, hell they may even do so now if they can do anything with it.
Anyone's opinions on VR and "immersive gaming"?
