Including the hosting company and all those that keep it running, the payment processing company(ies) and all those who keep them running, general society, the media, celebrity culture, solicitors/lawyers... the list can go a long, long way.
I've never used any sites like these, but they wouldn't exist without a large proportion of society allowing/enabling them to. We need to take a long, hard look at where we're heading by allowing everyone to do whatever they want, whenever they want with no consideration of the effects on others.
There are many sites, applications and general behaviour in "the modern world" that I'm including here
