GeneralYellow Text box in web pages, Problem and Solution Pin

Some time you can find... that text boxes in your webpage comes in yellow, I found this as a question on many fourms. What i found, and which is a common understanding. This thing happens due to Google toolbar, and other tool bars like this..
Some guys told that if you go to Tools->Options->Content->AutoComplete
here you can found autocomplete properties..
but this isin't solve the problem..
so what i did . i simply removed the google tool bar.
