You don't mention what platform you are using. This forum is for any generic web development so as far as we know you could be using PHP or Perl as opposed to ASP or ASP.NET which are more commonly used by people on this site. If you are connecting from one server to yours, it would also depend on what that server could handle. If it can do FTP (and security is not an issue), then it's really easy. However, if you are stuck with using HTTP, you will need to create a web form that uses a File control. Then you will need to save the file on the backend (e.g. platform mentioned above) when the form is submitted. There are tutorials out there on how to do this regardless of platform.
