Because you don't want hundreds of angry web developers outside your house with torches. And also if people would take it upon themselves to upgrade we could start providing you with much better content. Win-Win

Ok well then you know the basics. I guess you probably have done a tiny bit of javascript or CSS before. For a long time your standard HTML thrived and was an esy standard for browsers. Since then the web has evolved dramatically due to increased resource and interest. CSS and XHTML is what we have to deal with. No two browsers deal with them the same way. I am not even going to go into the many JavaScript flaws.
The fact is that your "FireFox 1.5" contains a plethora of errors that completely compromise our designs. We unfortunately have to support it because we cannot personally tell our users what browsers to use anymore so we have to cover all bases. The problem is not solved in later browsers but it has been greatly improved. Imagine if you had to write an application that had to run in 98, XP, Vista, OSX, Every Linux distro, Solaris and every Unix distro, and you only had a limited set of functions that mean something completely different in every platform and you had no way to properly identify what to install. Also you don't now if your user even has support for the lmited set of functions and you somehow need to notify him only using those same functions.
Can you see the problem we face?

but I got a message I'm not authorized  but I am! because I can write a message here and I see my nickname in the page.. what is the trouble?

I had a similiar problem last night. I was not able to view CP at all. I kept getting a prompt message box asking for my user name and password and no matter what I entered I was not accepted. After hitting the cancel button a bunch of times I would end up with a not authorized message, and that was simply trying to view the main page.
Seems to be working correctly now though.

But I think I've solved the trouble. It was a download client - I couldn't download anythnig because my Firefox's plugin for donwload didn't work correct.
I change my browser's settings and now all is OK . (I hope

Well the main reason is the IE is very bad. Anyway try doing the following:
1. Delete all temporary files
2. Check that the settings allow CSS
3. Restart
4. CTRL-F5
5. Take up golf

I can't find it either. Look it is probably a network problem. Just use firefox for now.
