I m doing a windows application using vb.net 2005 and Microsoft Access Database.I have created a datagrid and load it by records from database.But I can't update my database when I am changing the value of a cell in the datagrid.Can anyone plz help me so that I can update my database with the changed value of the cells in datagrid?

i have 4 radio button, for example,
radiobutton 1 is A1
radiobutton 2 is A2
radiobutton 3 is B1
radiobutton 4 is B2
While i run the application, by default, it only allow me to checked either one of four radiobutton.
i want my application group it into two group, A1 and A2 in one group and B1 and B2 in another group. So, while i Click A1, A2 will be unchecked and while i click A2, A1 will be unchecked as well, and B1 and B2 is remain the same. So , this criteria also same as B1 and B2, while i click either B1 and B2, it is no effect A1 and A2, how to gorup it ar? without put it into group box, anybody can help me ?

You suppose to use group box to group radio buttons. If you don't want to that you can still imitate the radiobuttons as grouped in your code. Please see the example below. I have controled two radio buttons out of a group box. If one's state changes, I change the other radio button's states also.

Hi Chee Ken,
If you don't want to use GroupBox controls to group your radio buttons, because you don't want the border and title of that control, you can use Panel controls, which are practically the same, but have no visible borders and no title text. Otherwise they work pretty much the same way.

Number of days in a month divided by seven.

Well...not everyone thinks the same, some are more naturally left or right brain sided which tends to different frames of thought. The most unbias way to write is to assume they know nothing. Without the implications of an obvious answer, and without writing in a manner that seems to belittle. This way you cover all your bases without any chance of offense.

It is indeed the 1st week of March.
Looking at weeks on a calendar, or the number of weeks in the year, is different.
March 5th is in the 2nd workweek of March, or the 10th week of the year. Different context.
He was a snowflake, like other "unique" snowflakes, falling down, getting stepped on, and pushed aside to disappear.

That depends on if you consider a week to belong to a certain month, or if you consider a week to be able to belong to two months.
If the first of a month is a sunday, do you consider that single day to be the first week of the month, or does the week belong to the previous month?

Anyone have any idea where I can find information on updating MS Outlook records from a VB .NET application? I've been asked if my application can post scheduling information to Outlook's Calendar. I'm trying to find out if that is even feasible.

I had written about this earlier, but the application does not work..
I have the server return in its response, an url to an xml file, say
urlPath = "http://abc.xyz.com/tmp/ordera5fgscfs122dfbvgefsdsd.xml"
I want that when the client receives the url to an xml string in the response it saves the xml file to a particular location specified earlier; say
folderPath = "C:\"
I am using the following code:
Dim xmlDocToSave As MSXML2.DOMDocument40
xmlDocToSave.loadXML (urlPath)
xmlDocToSave.save (folderPath)
But this is not saving the xml file into the folder location.
Can anyone please help, I want to know how should I save the xml file sent by the server. It is urgent

It's a bit difficult to follow your explanation. Is this server-side code and you're trying to save a file on the client machine? If so, then you can't do what you want. You have no control over where a client browser saves a file. You have to send the file in the Response stream with the proper encoding, then the browser will ask the user where he/she wants to save the file, just like if you were to download a .ZIP file.

This is a client side implementation. The client receives an url to an xml file in the response and wants to save the xml file.
The changes I had to go were as follows
Say for instance, the server return in its response, an url to an xml file, urlPath = "http://abc.xyz.com/tmp/ordera5fgscfs122dfbvgefsdsd.xml"
I want that when the client receives the url to an xml string in the response it saves the xml file as follows,
filePath = "C:\saved.xml"
Now I am using the following code:
Dim xmlDocToSave As New DOMDocument40
xmlDocToSave.Load (urlPath)
xmlDocToSave.save (filePath)
This will save the contents of the xml in 'saved.xml' in C:\
