Hi Friends,
Currently i am working on 1 Crystal Report which have 22 pages(22 page design ).
And client requirement is that he must need this report exported in PDF with textboxes in PDF.
Can any one please know me how i can export my report in PDF with textboxes in PDF?
Client don't want this report in word or other Format, He must require only in PDF.

The first community technology preview (CTP) for the Microsoft Sync Framework (MSF) has been released. The release consists of
- Sync Framework Runtime
- Sync Services for File Systems
- Sync Services for ADO.NET
In addition, the preview includes documentation, datasheet, and the Microsoft Sync Framework SDK.
Sync Services for ADO.NET is a part of the (MSF) that enables synchronization between ADO.NET enabled databases. Any database that uses Sync Services for ADO.NET can exchange information with other data sources that are supported by MSF, such as web services, file systems or custom data stores.
A CTP of Microsoft Sync Framework is available today at http://msdn.microsoft.com/sync[^].

I have a remoting utility, with three assemblies
Top or TopService, Listener, Worker
Top is a Forms app, TopService is a windows service
The reason for this is so installers can get running as an app, then deploy as a service
Top has a Print member which prints to its form.text box
TopService also has a Print member which prints to an error log
Both have a Reference to Listener, and they each create it as
Listener listen = new Listener(Print)
Listener has a delegate, which is set either to Top.Print or TopService.Print in its constructor
It then starts the remoting system with Worker as a SingleCall remoted class

When Remoting fires, and Worker is instantiated, I need to locate the in memory Listener, then within Listener locate its m_printDelegate, to call through it with messages.
My intent is that Top, the Forms App, will display messages in its text box, and TopService, the Windows Service, will log messages in a log file.
What I have tried, that seems ever so close, is this kind of thing;

Hi:
I'm building a utility that's intended to generate a .Net 2.0 WinForm based on some user defined inputs.
Here is the basic plan:

We want to use Excel to essentially layout what the form will look like. We'll then use the OWC toolkit to read the XLS file. Based on the fields (cells), labels, field positions and formatting, we will generate a WinForm dynamically. We then would like to be able to save the Winform as either a binary or XML image in a SQL Table. At runtime, we'd like to be able to load the form in to memory based on what we stored.
Question 1:

We'd like to use Excel as a front end "form designer" to avoid building our own front end and form definition language. Is it more efficient to use the OWC to access spreadsheet information, or is it better to save the worksheet as XML and process that? Are there any standard code snippets out there that efficiently process XML from an EXCEL worksheet?
Question 2:
--------------
We'd like to store a serialized version of the form in the database so we can load it and quickly display it at runtime (performance will be a consideration). What's the best method for doing this? Is there a standard practice/design pattern for this? Are there gotcha's to look out for when saving/loading the form?

am writing an app that uses the .Net classes TCPClient and NetworkStream to read and write data between 2 machines. All works fine.
I have recently found a need to be able to send Http 1.1 with a SOAP message as the Http body. Currently i am using an XmlDocument to load and parse the SOAP data. However to do this i first have to read in the HTTP header, search for the beginning of the body and construct my own XmlDocument.
There must be a better way. I don't want to call a web service, i just want to send http with a soap body and receive the same.
I am looking for a means of loading in the NetworkStream into some kind of HTTP object to read the http stuff and also load the body into some simple Soap object that can be used to pull out/ set values.
Comments, Suggestions Welcomed.

Assuming you know there is actually Assembly class in .NET Framework, good place to start is documentation for this class. Maybe there is some method how to get what you want?

Hi there,
I have some classes developed using VS 2005. Now I have to use them in a project developed using VS 2003. What type of project should I make for these classes (VS05) , i.e. Web Service, .Net remoting service, or some other to properly use them with VS 03 project?
Note: I can't compile these classes in VS 2003 as they reference some assemblies built using .Net frame work 2.0.

A Web Service should work, as long as the return type for your methods is supported by .NET 1.1.

Thanx for the reply Pual, but problem is that I will not have IIS server installed on my machine which I will run my project on. So I think web service is not the proper solution.
What do you say about it?

You're the one who suggested it.
I don't know about .NET remoting as I haven't used it. I don't believe you can directly reference a .NET 2.0 DLL from a .NET 1.1 app. Only 1 version of the framework is loaded per process. If your app runs under .NET 1.1, it won't be able to run the code in the .NET 2.0 assemblies.
