Hello Friends,
I want to send the ImageUrl fetching from the database to the Javascript function
<img onmouseover="javascript:doTooltip(event,0,'<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"Image") %>')" onmouseout="hideTip()" id="myImage1" name="myImage1" src='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"Image") %>' Runat="server" Height="125" Width="125" />
But this piece of code throwing an Parser Error given below
The server tag is not well formed.
But if i give the path of a particular image then it works great....as given below

how i can focus to the textbox after i seleceted a date from ajax calender control... iam placing the date from ajax calender control into the textbox

I don't see why a calendar control needs AJAX.
You write javascript to find the control with document.getElementById and you call it's focus() method. But, if you want to just write the date in there, in code, you don't need to focus on it, just set the text properties.

Depends what you mean. If you want to show a flash, you just embedd it with HTML. If Flash allows you to interact with javascript, you can use hidden fields to store stuff you want to send back to ASP.NET.

Hi,
I need to add a search box in my web page, to search for different words / phrases in it.I do not want to use an external search engine (like picosearch, for example) but some code to add in the html file to allow me to search.I need to search WITHIN the webpage.can anyone give me the solution?

Christian has given you an idea about implementing this. I reiterate, you need to index all the pages and store it in a database. Query the database and return URL. Alternatively, you can search website using Microsoft index services[^]

You need to create a database that indexes your web pages, and then search that. It needs to build indexes so that the page URLs you found are returned.

I want to call a javaScript Function from DataGrid Control. I hv a DataGrid and there is an LinkButton Button and Customer Name is Displayed on that, I want if some one Click on that Link Button a javaScript Function should b called and also I want to Send ID to that function, How is that possible.

add an onclick to the button. Any attributes that are not recognised by ASP.NET are passed through verbatim to the client.

You can use the onItemDatabound event of the datagrid to achieve this functionality. In that event just find the link button control and attach the javascript event with it.

Now the function is working but when I click first time , it is not working, when I click second time then it works. But I m not able to send ID which is on Cell 0 nd the link button is on cell 1.
