I don't think you can use the term "free" for any "express" product from Microsoft. Free as in beer, maybe, in some way. But the license is rather restricted and targets mainly new comers.

Postgresql, sqlite are free, by all means. You can do whatever you like with them. Mysql is free too but the GPL may be an obstacle if you have to release your code with it (aka not a web application). But a separate license is possible.
