Hi,
I am getting request timeout error whenever I try to load my aspx page having the following code.
Note: I am getting this error only when I set debug="false" in web.config file. The size of the XML Doc which I am rendering to the control(XMLResult) is 10MB.

hi i have a tabcontrol ajax
and a linkbutton
my link button must creat a new tab on my tabcontrol

first time that i click on this linkbutton it creates the tab but then when i click it makes an error

I am using all the controls in the update panel including the iframe and ajaxToolkit:ModalPopupExtender. On button click i block the whole page using javascript and display ajaxToolkit:ModalPopupExtender.
Everything is doing fine. But the iframe which is in page inside update panel is not getting blocked. Instead it is overlapping the ajaxToolkit:ModalPopupExtender.
Did anybody know the solution.

Hi,
I have a grid view and in item template i have placed one Radio buton. Below the grid i have Edit and Delete button. On the click of these button i want to call java script validation, to check whether the any of the Radio button is selected or not.
I dont want sever validation.

You can do one thing......
First run the code by just placing on Radio button in the GridView
In ouput (after pressing f5), If u have any rows then it shows rows along with Radio Button then see the source of the file
In that you will find the id of the Control like :
gv_ctl02_rdo
gv is Gridview ID , ctl02 is the default control name, rdo is my radio button id. this only example for you
once you get id from source then everything is over
you can just write a javascript block to find the id
Ex: document.getElementByID('gv_ctl02_rdo').cheked or not.....

Call your JavaScript function like below from your aspx page:
"JavaScript:Validate('<%= serverControlID.ClientID%>')"
Here, the Validate javascript function receives the Client Id of the server control & perform your required operation.

Currently i am working on an project in which i am storing different type of extension document in sql database at column with data type "image" all working properly. but today i found an bug in it that if i am trying to open any html file it is open in same browser where my web applcation is running......
Is it possible to open that file to different browser?

I am using Mysql ( version 5.0) as database and C# for programming the page. I am unable to store the date value into the DB i tried with converting the datetime value to yyyy-MM-dd still i get 0000-00-00 in the database.
and at the time of getting back the data a error is thrown
" unable to convert mysql datetime to system datetime "
Please if anyone knows how to solve this issue please let me know
