I don't agree that it is a stereotype if the data proves it.
The bad part comes in when people start to use this tool as a strict hiring compass.

I might not agree with much of what Ayn Rand wrote but I do respect her intellectual rigour.
However for Mrs Greywater I've no respect of any kind. Think - what 'colors' make grey, then add a 'water' to the end of each thereof, you should now know who I'm talking about.
