Hi,

After click the Submit button in my ASP.NET/Sharepoint application, I am getting the error:

Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

Hi,

am using actionchart in one of my asp.net 2.0 application. also now am using "AjaxPro.AjaxHandlerFactory,AjaxPro.2" in this application for that i have added one handler in web.config file.

<httpHandlers>

</httpHandlers>
</system.web>

like that.

After that, my action chart is not working!!!
But if am commenting the handler part, action chart will work, but ajaxPro willnot work.

Please help me ASAP.
I have to resolve by the end of today Frown | :(

hi.
i want to add textbox column in gridview without using template in my aspx page...i m adding Sr.No column and few more columns to the datatable and then loading the gridview...but along with this i want to add textbox column in the end of the gridview column. Adding textbox to template tag in aspx page result in addition of textbox column in the first column ..this is want to the last column.

Here is the code till loading gridview

This seemed to be to be a simple thing but I've googled until my eyes are bleeding and I can't find a solution.

How do I, using CSS if possible, add "line-wrap" indicators such as a graphic or character to the end of a line before it wraps, or the start of the second line of a wrapped line?

Ultimately I'd like something like this:

This is a really, really, reeeeeeeally long line that
  -> has been wrapped

The wrapping will occur automatically within a fixed-width container. The "->" should be then added automatically to the beginning of the 2nd line.

Any takers?

A really good question, to which I have no answer.

I shall keep an eye on this to see the results.

I suspect it is not going to be a CSS solution though.

I was thinking something along the lines of a :not :first-line type CSS selector thing but no dice unfortunately.

Grabbing Sharepoint documents

I'm new to this site so please forgive me if this has been asked before. I'm using .aspx forms and I have read this web page:

I'm not sure if that is what I need to do.

What I want to do in my form is to grab Word documents that
exist in a sharepoint document library and then display them
on a web page and rotate them.
Also, grab a ticker and a calendar from sharepoint sites.
An example of what I want to do is in the top left of this
web page:

Any help would be much appreciated
or just point me in the right direction.

Sorry but the SharePoint API won't be helpful in this situation. The SharePoint API is used when running code on a system that has SharePoint installed. For remote situations you need to use the SharePoint web services.

Echoing Adam the first thing you should do is post the question to the correct forum.

For this application you will need to use SharePoint web services to retrieve the item(s) you are interested in, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms429658(v=office.12).aspx[^]

I'm sorry, but it still looks like I'm programming in VB:
After creating a Windows Application project and adding a Web reference, open Form1 in Design view, open the Toolbox, and then drag a Label control and a Button control onto the form

Hi,

I am getting error as 'Sys' is undefined.

The above error occures in production server only not in development server. I checked every setting and web.config. I am not getting any solution for this. I am using Ajax in this page.

Please help.
