When I modify a message, I sometimes get the "[modified]" tag, as well as a little DIV in my signature that indicates when my message was modified. Rather than modify the subject line and signature, could you store this info somwhere else? Here is what I'm thinking.
When a new message is posted, you put a "NEW" icon next to the message. Use something similar for modified messages. Some ideas for what the icon might contain: "M", "MOD", "UPD", "U", "Δ", "INFO". When you mouse over it, it would say "This message was modified on Friday, May 13th, 2011 at 5:00PM".

I prefer it the way it is.
Reason: it's easy to see that a post has been modified. A small icon would not be so readily apparent.

Something like this would be nice to use instead of the rating/popularity numbers, when you get around to dumping the negative voting system.

Now is this a Basic statement with line numbers, implying a jump to code executed before, hence a loop?
Or is it a Fortran statement, where 10 is a label, not a line number, so it could as well be a shortcut, a forward jump, skipping some code?
You did not even start explaining things here...

This is sridhar.I am using tally database for integrating to my .net application.You are providing lot of articles in code project except tally.If you provide tally in code project it is very useful for all that who are using tally.In nowadays lot of banking sector companies are using tally.So please take this suggestion and try to include tally.

This relies on people actually writing articles on Tally (by the way, this question would have been better posted in the articles forum). Code Project staff don't actually write all the articles, nor do they commission people to write the articles, so they are entirely reliant on people with the right level of expertise volunteering their time to write the articles.

How to connect c# web application into tally database[^]
AFAIK nobody written article for Tally with programming(Ex. Tally with ASP.NET or something) anywhere because both are unrelated & Tally is famous only in India. For data manipulation, all you can do is import/export data(Text or excel) between Tally & your application(ASP.NET).
For one project(in ASP.NET), I did text file generation from application & imported by Tally. Also the Export. So it's not a big deal.
Fortunately I found that commercial product[^](Which I gave you for your question) while searching in web. It will help you & also it will surely reduce your work load.

When I change the year in the calendar control and hit enter it closes but doesn't update the date used to search. I need to close it by clicking on a specific date on the calendar page instead.

Which page are you looking at?
In general the date picker we use does require you to actually select a date to make any change.
