We can't see who it was, but me thinks it may be one or two distinct users who are gaming the system. This will need a mankini clad site ninja to blatter it down. Panic, Chaos, Destruction. Perhaps the red flag functionality is a bit unfriendly towards the Smart Phone scenario...
