Maybe you are right, but without blacklisting names sneaking in again is way easier. I'm not sure though; I thought blacklisting of names is applied. You see, I, for example, create a new e-mail alias every time I deal with some new business or need to order something and later delete the e-mail account, to prevent spam (and yes, since I started this practice, I have very low level of spam, without using any filters at all). And so, it's way too easy to, say, add/modify one character in alias e-mail address and enlist in CodeProject practically unlimited number of times. Under the same account name. Yes, I do understand that the same simple trick could be done on a name, but look, spammers prefer we well-rounded names.
