Why a leak?
Black listing user names would not help: The spammer gets a message that the name is not avavilable and chooses another one.
I still wonder that most spammers enter a name rather than using the default one for new accounts.

Maybe you are right, but without blacklisting names sneaking in again is way easier. I'm not sure though; I thought blacklisting of names is applied. You see, I, for example, create a new e-mail alias every time I deal with some new business or need to order something and later delete the e-mail account, to prevent spam (and yes, since I started this practice, I have very low level of spam, without using any filters at all). And so, it's way too easy to, say, add/modify one character in alias e-mail address and enlist in CodeProject practically unlimited number of times. Under the same account name. Yes, I do understand that the same simple trick could be done on a name, but look, spammers prefer we well-rounded names.

It's easier to re-create an account with black listing. But it's not a leak. We should not waste more time than necessary with such subjects.

I don't think it will get approved so no harm done.
But you are right that (if it really is a blog about hijacking a Skype account) it doesn't belong here.

Well it might be available on the net but that doesn't mean it is wanted here.
From past events like this I believe Chris doesn't tolerate (and I agree with him) things like this on this site so you did the right thing in reporting it.

Now I know and will always report such content.
The Skype web interface has been changed meanwhile so that the hack can't be used anymore. So it can be also rejected due to outdated content.

This user http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=8522102[^] is making a lot of editions to add code blocks or make links clickable, what is not bad. We all do it. The only thing I don't know if it goes a bit beyond the "good usage" is, the questions are quite old (I have seen from september 2012, Januar 2012 and two in 2011).
I am not reporting it as troll, because it seems to be a legitim user, with articles and questions and so on. I don't see the thing as a violation or abuse of the rules, but on the other hand... it looks not so usual.
I just wonder... what do you think about?

Looks like an attempt to boost the editor reputation. This isn't necessarily a bad thing - it's not something I'd choose to do, but there's nothing inherently wrong with it.

Agree. For example, I feel uncomfortable if I see any typo or other imperfection. If I see it in my post, which is very usual, I would edit it, no matter how old the post it. Nobody should be blamed for this. And if we are not sure if some behavior is for improvement or just for "boosting reputation", we should use the Presumption of Innocence principle.
