If you open the question, his name is at the bottom, on the left, just above the comments and answers area. If you click on that it takes you to the member page.

You have started editing the spam posts (I don't think it's really necessary). But you may change the inserted head line to something like 'Please report this post and the user account' because many forget to report the user too.

Not a spammer, but some kimnd of troll. He edited his question by overwriting the original content with garbage. Maybe he did not like the answers.
I performed a rollback to a readable version.
