I noticed that too, but I'm curious if this is the work of him sock-puppeting or of the previous one (Hasham) trying to make it look like it isn't him doing it. I find it curious that both of these accounts show the same behavior at such a close proximity in time. I'm sure of the first one, but this one I'm not so sure of. Either way there is bad voting practice going on.

I am attempting to gain an answer regarding Binary Coding. Sergey Alexandrovich Kryukov keeps removing my questions, due to the fact that he does not know what binary is. Not only is this counter productive to the answers I am trying to gain, but it is also futile to pursue answers on a coding site, if you have no idea what Binary is.

I don't know what is going on here, I have no idea how many times you have posted the same question, or why your question annoys SA quite this much.
But I do have to agree that it is poorly phrased, and as it stands is not something that can be given an answer. SA is well aware of binary, as are most people here, but your question does not directly relate to that - or at least the way you have written it does not. You need to remember that we can't see your screen, access your hard drive, or read your mind: the only information we have is exactly what you give us. And what you have give us is not a whole lot:
"I want to convert a binary code into an image. I DO NOT have an original image, I ONLY have binary code. What program should I use?"
We have no idea what you mean by a binary code or how it should look as an image.
It could be a single bit per pixel, with '0' for white and '1' for black, or it could be a sequence of "0" and "1" characters. It could be three byte data for the RGB info, or it could be a jpeg file that doesn't have it's extension. We don't know, and we don't know what communications has gone on between the two of you, so we can't say "your right, he's wrong" or "he's right, you're wrong". It may be that you have posted this unchanged two dozen times, and ignored any requests for clarification. Or it may be that you have been abusive to SA - or him to you. We don't know.
I would not / could not have answered your question based on that info - I would have asked for more detail.
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.

The issue is that you are reposting the same question multiple times with slightly different wording. But the questions are the same. If you want an answer, just use the improve question widget on the original question to alter your question instead of posting new ones over and over.
I would also suggest you don't start telling seasoned and highly respected developers that they don't know what binary is. That is childish and silly.

I always Downvote the post, Red-flag it and if the account has other posts or if it has been there for a while so it should have been witnessed by others, I delete it. Yesterday there was a post I just left there - it had all the spam text, but no links  .
