A lot of homework.
And I often get yelled at by my (unmediated bipolar) dad for things he was supposed to do but dumped on me.

Our body didn't evolve for all these centuries to end up seated on a chair for a whole day.
If you think about it, not so long ago, we had to push our body beyond limits to have something to eat.
Our visual capabilities were necessary to reach things that were more than 50cm way.
So all this energy, all these chemical reactions are still happening but not used and our body doesn't actually know what to do with them.
On top of this we're not helping it.
All this junk food (even the one you think is healthy most of the time is junk on its essence) even poisons us more and it's an overhead on top of everything else the body needs to be able to dispose every day.
Keeping yourself physically active is very important.
Now, as far as the brain is concerned, some studies say that if we don't use certain connections in our brain they will eventually be disconnected.
So the idea is to keep pushing your brain to do new things so you can build new connections, new routes between the neurons keeping you more intellectually active.
Speaking about myself, I find it very easy to be glued to a computer for several hours in a row.
If I get tired of doing something I can always do something completely different, that will stimulate my brain again, but without actually leaving the computer.
This is actually really bad. I realize this by simply going for a run.
Stressing my body physically really dumps all the accumulated stress and makes me feel really good.
Some people feel the same thing while playing some instrument, reading, doing a puzzle... it really depends on your body but I should find what best suites you.
Cheers and enjoy the not so binary life!

KSS notwithstanding, where's the nookie option?

What does that say about the survey designer?

Look closer:
"Sports or physical activity"
Look even close and you'll note I added "(participating)", since I didn't care to know about, well, the others.

Well...yep... Sleep - should have been one of the options.
Sleep is coding stuff:
Thread.Sleep(36000000);
The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the Lazy<Dog> .
I was talking more of:
Body.Sleep(fewHours);
That's still coding stuff!
The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the Lazy<Dog> .
May be but my mind is not aware of it then... it takes it as a different activity. Further, I do not sit and do it...
Or just terminate your brain using
Environment.FailFast("Brain is terminated!");

Neh, want brain to function a little even during sleep.
while(Body.Sleep(fewHours))
{
Brain.KeepWorking(relaxedSpeed);
}

In my spare time, or not even spare i will always have my ear plugged in with music, that help me in building my concentration, helps from distraction; don't have to worry what is my neighbor talking or going on. When total free i love to watch some good movies
I ALSO LIKE MUSIC
plus, I like mental music heavy mental especial and opera music, nightwish and rammstein

Where's the field to enter what the other is?
Most of my spare time is spent on activities with my daughter or transporting her to and from them.
Also on my allotment, although the time spent on that is somewhat seasonal.
And since we got a dog I am of course the only bugger who walks it.
Every man can tell how many goats or sheep he possesses, but not how many friends.

Besides some of the options above, I had Photography in the earlier version of this poll, but I guess I spend more time on our dogs these days.

Sorry everyone - I posted the previous survey in a rush while racing to catch a plane back from Australia.
Since the previous results will be bogus I felt the best thing to do was simply start again then go slap myself a few times.

The last survey indeed made us familiar with some programming languages.

I thought that you forgot to post a new survey. but you re-posted a survey? now that's new.
