In the bottom line of the question, on the right side there is a red flag. However it's enough to report the member - protectors can remove the spam messages without reporting them...

Hey Guys you are strict with Plagiarised, I am new and I understood, the link which you are showing as added again is the class name given in my article and associated link is forwarding it to MSDN site.

I had removed article contents from MS site but only Name of the classs which are used in the article is given with the appropriate link. Also I mentioned in re-posted article that Compression/Encryption/Zip contents are taken from Microsoft site.

I am confused what is missing when I followed all your suggestion ?
