Oh, you are saying it is an incentive for the company. I see. I misunderstood and thought you were saying it was a big incentive for someone to go get a job there. My mistake.

Based on the OP's reply to me I think OP means incentive for the company, not the individual. That makes more sense.

Actually no. As I said I lived on Ó utca [Old/Ancient Street] back in my bachelor near the corner of Nagymező utca. Nagy means big and mező is field or pasture. You can chicken on Google translate. What is interesting is that Ó is not translated correctly.
