In "How to use this forum" Chris clearly mentioned that "The purpose of the forum is to allow new Indian members to get a feel for how the site works, be guided by others, and eventually graduate to the main programming and discussion forums."
I do not find any thing in that message that helps in graduating towards programming and discussion forums.Had codeproject be a joke publishing site, this message would be an award winning one.
I can remove that SA report if the forum is made for posting jokes.

That post was just meant to be a joke like so many other post in some of the non programming forums. I agree is that would have been posted in any other forum (since it was in a regional language) it would have qualified for a abuse but in GIT occasional post like that are quite acceptable.

When it's a "face I don't recognise" I like to let them know what the problem is.
