Welcome to the world. A number of years ago a couple local louts with nothing better to do set a fire at the country fairgrounds, a half mile away from my house. Several horses were burned to death in the fire, two barns were destroyed, and a fireman was severely injured when fighting the blaze. For a couple days afterward the smell was horrendous.
The horses were buried in the track infield. One owner retired from harness racing as a result.
The poor misunderstood kids, whose names were never revealed, got probation and their records wiped clean when they reached 18.

A mate of mine had a tendency to set fire to things when we were in our late teens. He never really understood why. The most damage he ever caused was to a candy floss stall and no-one ever injured thankfully.
He was a perfectly normal and reasonable person aside from that, and soon grew out of it and has never been in any sort of trouble since, working, getting married, just a normal person.
For some reason who just couldn't resist starting fires for a while, very odd.

I love the description of how to delete it, including the pitfalls of not connecting to a computer with itunes as part of the process.
On Windows phone or Android, you could just use one of the many available file managers to delete the files in a couple of seconds.

I just encountered to what comes as big news to me - Workspaces was shut down more than a month ago (I know I'm late, but mind that I'm still with the army). While I can understand the troubles with CodeProject.tv I pity the loss of Workspaces. I used it for my Springlog Project, for which I need to search a new home now - Any ideas for a Workspaces replacement?

Just stick it all in zips on a network drive, that's what Microsoft do. [It's the only thing that explains Win8]

I've been using BitBucket, which charges based on the number of users rather than the quantity of private repositories.
It's free for up to five users and a user is defined as somebody who has access to your private repositories.
Each repository can also come with its own Wiki and Issue Tracker. Really it has all the same features as GitHub, but the layout is much cleaner and the pricing model is different.

Seconded.  I've been using BitBucket for a couple of years for private repos. It's been reliable and easy to use. They support git and mercurial repos.
