May be another iteration of my previous post here concerning "repeat offenders," but with a different focus, this time.

If you see someone creating a lot of answers to QA questions that have little relevance to the OP's questions, and it seems obvious (from other answers you've seen by this person) that the person is capable of intelligent, relevant answers: do you consider what appear (to me) to be bloat-my-rep answers "abuse" ?
I am starting to down-vote these with attribution, but the frequency (not just from this one poster) of these ... some of these toss-off answers are also written by CP MVP's ... discourages me from thinking that down-voting will make a constructive difference; in fact, doing that will probably lead to "static," or even "reprisals."
I do, when I see an answer on QA that I think can be improved, or can have minor bugs corrected, leave what I hope is constructive feedback.
Yes, I have high-standards, and those standards are the result of nearly thirty years in software.

The suggestion you discussed with Chris that if N no of protectors reports some one, it will be nuked. I think this has to be implemented at the earliest.
