I usually sleep 3-4 hours a night, however, after all these years of living like this, I am quite high-functioning at work. Weird.

I can usually manage 4 hours if I actually set aside eight... Some nights are better than others. I'm the same way at work, unless I get bored for whatever reason... Then I start to drift.

I suffer from moderate insomnia. The worst is brought on by bad stress. So if a project is not going smoothly, or I ran out of post-it notes, then you can bet I am not sleeping.

Eh, work doesn't bug me... Work is work, and will always be there tomorrow. It's my personal life that keeps me up. Any time I make a significant decision or change my mind on something non-trivial, my brain apparently has to process that new chain of events to try to recalculate all of the possible outcomes and generate contingency plans...

At least that's what kept me up last night, while I'm laying there trying to get it to shut up. Stupid brain...

In regards to fight club, I thought the rule was that you don't talk about fight club.

I blame the insomnia.
