Did you look at their link or did you just trust that this was SPAM? I don't think it's spam.
We have an issue that once spam is deleted, those of us who have not seen it often can't mark the member as SPAMMER with certainty.

Ok I give it up here. I let spammer spam! The one from Moderation one can not see, other one like this are in a Grey Zone....and Richard Deeming and OG do not seem the one who reports because of fun.
For me it does not matter I can live with the spam.

- The member had signed up on the same day that they posted the link;
- Their only interaction with the site was to post the link;
- The "free" option is extremely limited - if you're not working on a tiny open-source project, you have to pay;
- Despite the limited "free" option, this is still a commercial product. As the forum header says, "No shareware and no commercial products allowed".
My vote of "spam" still stands.
