Meh. The only change was that they got rid of the most expensive tier. OTOH work has always been too cheap to even get me the medium one. (Or maybe they just default to Pro; I know they wouldn't spring for Ultimate, and Premium never seemed to offer enough to justify its price to the extend of being worth asking for before.)

Macroes. Macroes as fastest. Use macroes and hide the ugly code in there. Done.

Working code trumps "fast" non-working code.
Don't over-engineer. Make it only as complex as necessary.
Do only what you need now, but plan for the future.
Most code does not need to be optimized.
Once the code is working, use a profiler to highlight the areas that need performance improvements.
Then make small incremental changes to increase performance.
Rinse and repeat.
