No, I am definitely not a spambot. Nor, was I hired by some company to spam these message boards. If that were the case, these boards would already be filled up.

With a title like "International Distribution" (think of the "legal highs" or "herbal viagra" spam emails that we all see far too often) and a poorly constructed message..

All that was missing was a link to some site or other, and it was only that which stopped me from flagging the message as spam 
You're probably better off posting your message in the Q&A section, but include some more detail like:
- What are you actually developing? A mobile app? A website?
- What technologies you're using? iOS, Java, HTML/JS, Xamarin, Cordova, etc?
- Who is your intended user and how do you want them to get to your app?

Try the "Mobile Development" forums (on the left). There are bound to be people there who have been through what you want to do.
