In the message moderation queue. When you hit that red X on a message, the spammer is gone. It does make me nervous when the filter on rare occasions becomes self aware and throws all of us in there  .
As far as I can tell, smacking a post in the QA moderation queue does not result in a headshot in the same way as posts on the message moderation queue, but I could be wrong.

It's actually good you posted that bit. The first time I clicked a link to an abusive article comment that was no longer there I was confused thinking they were trying to report the article.
