I was getting nowhere so thought to myself why isn't there like a reverse dictionary where you can put in a definition and get a list of words that match it, so I googled SearchLottoed and there is.
Typed in perfect example and got a list of answers, the solution was about half way through.
I'm not at work Monday, if no-one answers by 1 I'll put the solution, but then it'll have to be Tuesday before I post the next.

Dropped!
Less than fifteen days ago, there was news about "Fish Rain in Thailand". One explanation was that the a cyclone sucked up the fish from sea, and threw them a large distance away on land. **
Imagining this to be true, where would you like to be dropped? Not dead, like these fish, but alive and kicking. Some cyclone comes and picks you up, and should throw you ... where?
For me, my current location Bangalore, though it would be OK if the cyclone takes me around the world, and brings me back.

You obviously haven't been keeping abreast of the weather down here. Pissing down in ways that would have the UK pointing and laughing at us. Here[^] is a brief look at last weekend when we should still be in the low 20's celsius.
I got to spend Saturday night cleaning out the garage which I found to be flooded when I went out to get beer when I ran out inside. Then garage is used for storage and unfortunately sh*t loads of stuff was in cardboard boxes stacked on the floor.
