These months should be a wake up call for Nepal to make sure they have infrastructure in place to handle future quakes. Unfortunately Nepal is sitting on the fault line and this will happen again in future.
India had to learn the hard way for cyclone preparedness after Tsunami and massive loss of life in past cyclone. Nowadays whenever cyclone hits coast of India, but for property damage, there are minimal human life.

Yes...I hear that in Chennai it was just a small quake. so no damages as such. Hoping that there is no big damage in Nepal and Northern Parts of India.

No we felt the tremors when the first quake occurred in Nepal last week.. And this time to few of my friends had informed me that they had felt the tremors of low intensity today in few parts of Chennai.

Yeah, just received the same news from my girl also (from New Delhi). Another friend told me that the R S notified it to be of 7.1 in the area.
Hope every other person in the location is safe and there is not any loss.
