There are two options here:
1) It doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there.
But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
Or
2) We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.
Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!
If you meet a specific problem, then please ask about that and we will do our best to help. But we aren't going to do it all for you!
It's your choice which applies, but given that you need it by Sunday - less than two days off - I'd be prepared to guess it's homework you need to submit by Monday at the latest.
Even if you wanted help with a specific problem, this is the wrong place to ask. Here is better: http://www.codeproject.com/Questions/ask.aspx[^], but even there you will get the same response if you post the same "question".

You really should ask Chris to add a button to the mix, so that your verbiage above (or similar) is automagically pasted in the reply. This would save you valuable time.

I wrote a simple database app a couple of years ago called "Standard Replies"...
(It helps me not to be rude to people - it's less effort for me to give them a longer, polite reply than tell 'em "you are an idiot and we can't see your damn screen!")

Unfortunately, the kind of person that needs it doesn't think they need it, because they are always right, and always perfect. 
I've no objection to others having it - I think I gave a copy to someone some years ago - but it's not up to tip material. I'd have to rewrite it, as it was written when I was new to C# and didn't know that much (though I thought I did, ho hum). I'd write it very, very differently these days, but I don't have the time as I'm rewriting my password storage app and that's taking my spare time. Currently working on a secure password text box for WinForms that works with SecureString and doesn't store the key data anywhere unencrypted. Fun!

Well, I'm not as perfect as I wish I would be, and I'm also not always as right as I could be. But more than that, I'm also lazy, so I could do with a copy.
