No, it's back now.
It's the online "People" app from Android, which shares your contacts between your phone, tablet, and PC so all three are up to date in the same way the Google Calendar does for appointments.
I have it as one of my pinned tabs in Chrome.

Which really isn't readable at all unless you crank up the magnification.

CP's styleshhet defines <"Segoe UI",Arial,Sans-Serif> as font sequence...I have Segoe UI, Arial and my sans-serif defined as Arial too (default by Chrome on Windows as I understand...) so still do not understand why...
