Thank you for your message. I am the article author (the author for all three articles) and I can ensure you that the CodeProject article is NOT a copy/paste from download.com. The codeproject article is at least three times bigger, has code samples and screenshot attached - you won't find all these on that download.com page.
Yes, some phrases in the download.com and codeproject.com texts are similar - because I am a programmer rather than writer and cannot write down three completely different texts about same thing, please excuse me for that 
I would be very pleased if you'll agree to publish that article on this site.

You're certainly not obligated to do so but as a suggestion: You might want to change your CodeProject-member name to something less anonymous. (That might have avoided this episode in the first place.)

I just attempted to approve your article but then it already got approved as a tip/trick. However, the member telling you that it's not appropriate to be published as an article was wrong.

Not related to this forum but to the article:
The download does not contain the sources for the library. There are only the DLL and LIB files and the sample project. As far as I remember such articles are not welcome.

At the moment, I am not planning to publish the DLL source code. However, the published article IS a solution and will be helpful for thousands of developers, so I hope you'll allow it to be published.
I spent about a year developing Oxetta. If I was able to find anything similar at that time, I will never start this job. After 12 months of development I would like to share the result with the others so no other programmer will have to do the same job again only because he/she needs to add printing capabilities to his/her software...

Nobody says it was not hard work and/or that they don't work and/or that the files are dangerous.
The point is... they might be dangerous and nobody can check them. Usual and desired practice in the site is to have the source codes so that everyone can compile the things on his/her own (if desired after having a deep look on it).
Without them... it is a faith jump, and we all know that there is people for all classes in the internet (not accusing you though)
