I am trying to upload a trick & tips and getting this response - 'The content is either too short or default. - Content contains the phrase 'the code? Did you do anything particularly clever or wild or zany'.
Is there any minimum size limit on the content that it is saying too short. Also my content does not contain the phrase 'the code'. This is confusing, please help. Earlier, also I posted the articles and tips & tricks but did not find this issue.

Without seeing what you have tried to upload it is not possible to help. I suggest you follow the advice in the submission guidelines:
Package all this up into a single zip file and send it to Submit@codeproject.com.

Hi. Yesterday, April 31, 2016 I published my article Smart TextDiff Utility for Intel® 64 Platform[^]. A few hours later, the member PIEBALDConsult posted "See Also" comment to the article's discussion forum, in which he recommended me so I would post a link to my article in this page Code Lean and Mean - CodeProject[^]. I exactly followed his recommendation, but I'm just wondering if my article will be actually discussed in this page?? As far as I know this is an outdated completion page which expired far August 31, 2009. Probably, PIEBALDConsult posted a link to this page just for reference so I could review and compare my article to those similar articles that were published in the CodeProject far in the past, or something like that ??
Unfortunately, the "See Also" comment posted by PIEBALDConsult was purged from my article's discussion forum as the result of multiple article's updates. And I'd appreciate if you can help to recover this comment so I can make up my mind of what particularly this comment was about.
P.S. I'm sorry for posting this message to the Article Writing forum because I've not found an appropriate forum under which I can give this question.

I suspect your article was in the articles approval queue at the time that PIEBALDConsult's comment was made. When an article is posted live, we automatically delete the forum messages because they tend to be things like "you should fix this in the article, you should fix that," which we don't want to carry over. So unfortunately that comment is gone and based on what you have written about it, I can' discern what it was about either.

Hi. I can't just figure out what the option "Work in progress: don't publish" under the article writing page is actually needed for? Normally, the contents of an article either pasted to or typed in that page are automatically saved each time within a several seconds. So please, can you tell me what is this option is needed for. As far as I can understand this option tells moderators not to approve an article immediately, right away an article has been posted, but approve and publish it at the time specified by an author. Is that true ?

It means you can leave the article and come back to it later - it will still be in draft and won't be published. And while there is an automatic save, there's no guarantee that it happens between you typing some text and leaving the page.

In my plans to contribute an article to CodeProject May 1st and I'd like to know how to make so that my article would be published (I mean uploaded into the CodeProject.com) probably today or tomorrow, but will be approved and become available not prior May 1st, 2016 ??

You can't guarantee when it will be approved. If there are things that need fixing, that will slow the approval process down. Remember that the approvers are generally busy people who give their time for free, so they will review as and when they can.

You could try adding it to the specific element you're using, like, <p style ... and then checking the "Expert mode box" at the bottom.
It can be painful. If you'd like, you could send me the HTML and I can try tackling it for you. I can't make guarantees, though. The article editor is ornery.
