Not sure how it happened in this case if you didn't actually edit the article. That's a new one. I fixed the attribution. I get the exact same behavior on Chrome 50+ and IE11 on the same Win10 machine but not on any other machines I have, and I have a lot of them, spanning five different O/S's. The newly built laptop has a brand new image of Win10 on it. --Chrome 51.0.2704.103 newly installed from Google source, has not been setup to log back in to sync up with my Google account, has the exact same problem. --IE 11 preinstalled by MS on Win10 also has the same problem. --Oddly enough Edge does not have the problem. On the desktop, using the exact same Win10 image (expect for drivers of course) does not have the problem at all on any of the above browsers. I am having this issue also. Also, have you seen the problem where you float over the Articles...menu and when you move down you cannot get to any of the submenus except the first? When you float over the first submenu (Chapters & Sections) then it expands and you can never get to the lower submenus of Articles. In the original problem, you have to click twice on ANY menu items to get any of them to work. You didn't have to click on the same item twice, just inside any menus. It could be a link in the Articles menu and then one in Quick Answers and the QA link would work. Now, it's changed a little bit. Most of the time the problem still shows up, now its a little different. You still have to click on two items in any of the menus, it doesn't matter if these items are in the same menu or not or even the same items, and the 2nd menu item clicked will work. But, a change has occurred, sort of. The 3rd menu item click after one that worked may work on the first try. The 4th click may or may not work on the first try. It's really inconsistent. A couple of test cases, all consistently reproducible and in both browsers: Chrome 53.0.2785.143 (Official - 64-bit) Blink 537.36 Javascript V8 5.3.332.47 Flash 23.0.0.185 IE 11.633.10586.0 Update Versions: 11.0.36 (KB3191492) #1-------------------------(Every step works as expected unless noted) Click Bob for the home page Ctrl-F5 Hover over "quick answers" menu Click "View All Questions..." My work Desktop machine, running the exact same build the laptop is running, including all security and antivirus software, and does NOT have these problems. I've also eliminated the possibility of our Blue Coat screwing it up as it does this both inside and outside the corporate network. Disabled most security software, though I still have to get Trend Office Scan disabled and try the tests again. All tests work perfectly on my Win 10 machine at home, both before and after the Anniversary Update. This is the strangest crap I've ever seen.
