Today i had posted a new article, which was closed due to similar existance of an article.
I updated article by adding the Reference site and acknowledgement to the user and VIP members that my purpose is to simple code for beginners just like me. After my republising request for the article i received an email as follows
Your account at CodeProject has been reported as The member is a spammer 10 times and is now deactivated.
and now I'm not able to access my main account.
"For what reason I've been reported spammer and my account is deactivated?" - This is a big question running in my mind.
How can I reactivate my previous account?

There is an automated system which looks at every post - if it considers it might be spam then it doesn't get published immediately. Instead it goes to a list where the human, volunteer moderators can look at it and make a final decision. This takes a variable amount of time because we have other jobs to do - generally ones that pay the rent! 
In this case, I saw it and let it through.
As to exactly why the system thought it could be spam, I'll not comment. Too much information gives spammers room to work round the automated system and it can be a while before it catches up to them again!
If you could see just how much spam we get from time to time you'd understand why there is a system, and that a few "false positives" are a price well worth paying!

On the main page, it currently says there are 657 votes on the survey, but on the result page it only shows a total of 33 votes.

In member setting, in Newsletters & Emails, in Email Notifications, when checking the 3 notifications, I get double notification by Email and on site pages.
Since my mail is unconfirmed, I am notified only on site page, exactly what I want.
Is there a setting to have this behavior when the mail address is confirmed again ?
I want notification on site only.

The only downside of having unconfirmed Email address is that I can't post in some forum and can't vote in any forum.
Otherwise, My actual setting is great, not flooded by notifications but getting notified on site pages and knowing how many time I am notified, it is a good thing.

Looks like a bug. My guess is the member was reported and then closed their account, and the report was attributed to the account closure incorrectly.

The images are required to be 640px or less. What about the images that are uploaded, higher than this? Most users don't want to do that, and sometimes the images don't make much sense in lesser quality. In such cases my suggestion would be to perform an automatic 640px conversion, like WordPress does "image-url.png?w=640". This way, you can load the image in 640px and saving the UI. At the same time, write a JavaScript code that allows the users to view the images in full screen (or at least a larger canvas) by clicking on the images.
I can provide a demonstration but I am sure you got my point. For time being, (Chris or Sean) you can see my recent article, most of the images are required to be 640px+ for their content to be visible as my laptop screen is producing higher resolution graphics, so text gets smaller and smaller. I somehow was able to give a note to the readers to right-click and view the images.
But I am sure, CodeProject articles can get a good UX/UI if they include this feature for their stuff and allow authors to add images of the quality they want, and let users view the images at the quality they are needed to be viewed, while maintaining the UI of the post preview page.

The limit is there so that those viewing the articles on devices such as iPads will be able to view the article correctly.
I challenge you to show me an image that absolutely, positively must be greater than 640px. Even then what I would say is "provide a 640px version and link it to a full size image".

You had me wrong, this is exactly what I was suggesting but in a different manner. Instead of a URL to be opened in a new tab, or using a custom way of redirecting the user to full image page. What I was suggesting was that CodeProject itself standardize this.
- Keep the same layout, 640px is enough and works like a charm. No need to remove that limit.
- In cases, where the image to be uploaded is larger, set the width to 640px (!important) so the layout does not break.
- Instead of having author add any other special URL mapping, consider adding a button to the image when user is viewing it, to open the full image as a modal popup, new tab or whatever...
- The idea was same, but just addition of a button instead of a hyperlink.
For example the recent article that I had uploaded, Facial biometric authentication on your connected devices[^], has a few of the images that on my 2K screen seems to cause a problem while reading. Of course on smaller screens they will be OK, but in case of big screens the text is unreadable.
I hope it makes sense.
