Were you asked to fill out the Email Consent Form[^] last week?
It was only supposed to apply to Canadian members, but a few of us non-Canadians were asked to complete it as well.

I got an email for confirmation of latest email. Can you trigger/resend the email which will correctly update the email id.Thanks in advance.

I tried to download a demo file and AVG is saying it contains a virus. I can show you screen shot.

It's probably a false-positive, but you might want to check it with something like VirusTotal[^] first.
A link to the article will probably be more helpful to the site admins than a screenshot.

The new icons look grotesque. As the creator of CP's joke icon, I guess it's only a matter of time before my handiwork (along with that of others) will be replaced by ugly new icons. I will now stand in a corner and bawl like a spoiled child.

Idea looks really weird in messages list in IE (version 11.0.44).
For example if you open Latest Messages in IE, the lightbulb is roughly 4 times bigger than any other icon.
This doesn't seem to happen in Chrome

There are a couple of issues with the new icons:
- The new idea icon should have a pixel of white space above it - it's too tall.
- The new bug icon is monochromic and has no 3D relief, and therefore looks out of place with the other icons. It's also too wide and tall. It too needs a pixel of white space at the top border.
I'd be more than happy to tweak the new icons a tad for your review.

It would be nice to see a summary count of the number of bookmarks in each section.

I can't get to "Latest Articles" on the home page menu. If I hover over "articles", "latest articles" appears in the list, but in order to get to it I first have to pass by "Chapters and Sections" and as soon as I get to that the menu is replaced by the "Chapters and Sections" sub-menu. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.
I would normally read the article through the links in my daily email but the last one I received was on July 4.

I tried the same (Chrome on Windows 10) and it works fine. The sub menu appears to the right of the main one so I can move the mouse down to Latest Articles.

I'm getting it on Chrome, and sometimes on Edge.
Moving the mouse down onto the menu and the menu disappears.
However, if it makes the request for the Sitemap, which is doesn't when the menu vanishes, everything works as expected.
Interestingly, if I use the scroll wheel to move the mouse to the Latest Articles, it works fine.

I've seen this before in both Firefox and Chrome (more often in Chrome than FF, though). Usually a hard refresh fixes it, so I think it's a bit of a derp with the browser's caching system.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
