Is there a formatting tag for snippets in Matlab?
It's a pitty that the snippets in https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1196024/Machine-Learning-Gradient-Descent look so.
I have made the obvious try with < pre lang = "matlab" > but it didn't work

It's extremely arduous and time-consuming, though, if you don't know LaTeX. Images might be preferable to the author.

I'm pretty sure Nelek is talking about the code snippets of the article, which are in the Matlab language, for which there is no syntax highlighting available.

According to this[^] the output of Mathlab should be processable by MathJax, the system we use to render LaTeX. So - take the output from MatLab and enclose it in either
<div class="math">$...$</div>
or
<span class="math">(...)</span>

Dear Friends,
At this time I'm working on a series of articles about AI genetic algorithms.
Actually those articles is a concise tutorial for beginners and intermediate programmers in which I'm about to discuss on how to easily implement and deploy genetic algorithms used to solve various optimization and other functional problems.
You'll probably find my question a little bit "odd"  , *BUT*, anyway I'm just wondering what particular programming language ANSI C, C++ or the most presently active C#.NET is the most preferable to use for writing the source code demonstrating various examples of genetic algorithm implementation ?? 
Actually, I've already created a code in either C++ and C#.NET and I'd like to know which one is the best to contribute along with my article.
I'd kindly appreciate to any ideas that you would post as a reply to this message.

Then why not both? You can use this syntax in your article source:
<div class="code-samples">
<pre lang="C#">
...
// some C# code
...
</pre>
<pre lang="C++">
...
// some C++ code
...
</pre>
</div> If you use this syntax in an article, the result will look like a code block with tabs to switch the language (if you want an example of the result, I am using it in this article[^])

When I open ' My articles page ' , there are many blank articles under ' Uncategorised Articles ', that I have not created. I am not able to erase those articles by click at the delete link below the name of the article. What could it be ?

However, I don't see new date (1 Aug 2017) after publication.
I see old date of previous publication (30 Jul 2017).

Last update was made 1 Aug 2017.
Previous update was made two days before that (30 Jul 2017).
I don't think it's related to timezone.
Could someone else change the date?

When editing an article there is an "Update" checkbox in the editor. If you don't tick that box, the date is not changed and the article is not marked as updated (and shown again on the main page page).
You probably forgot to check that box and Sean has not edited your article (I guess he is shown as last editor because he approved the article so that it does not need 5 user approvals).

At first, I clicked "Update article" (at upper-right corner of the page).
During making changes I periodically clicked "save draft" button (beneath the article).
At last, I checked "I have read and agree ..." and finally pressed "Publish".
