You basically want the IoC container to create a new instance of each of the implementation classes for each request.

In ASP.NET Core, you'd use services.AddTransient<Interface, Implementation>(); to accomplish this.

In earlier versions, the code you use will depend on which IoC framework you're using. For example, with StructureMap:

Or Castle Windsor:
