Just think about how you - as a user - would like to read it.
What is it? What does it do for you? How simple is it for you to use?
What makes it better than the alternatives?
What's the storage format? Is it as open and flexible as XML or JSON? Is it human readable? (This can be an advantage and a disadvantage!) Does it include encryption?

How do I use it? How does it work?

Easyriders (the US custom bike magazine from the 70's and 80's) used to say "if you're not telling it to the guys in the bar, you're telling it wrong". You probably don't need to go that far (or include pictures of naked women wrapped around your computer) but making it readable is important here: too dry and technical and nobody will read it except the moderators. Of course, too light and folksy and nobody will read it either ... Laugh |

Straw Poll

Were you affected by the geomagnetic storms this past weekend?
Communication disruptions, electrified pipes, random unexplained blue-screens in Windows - the list of effects is terrifying.
