Most of this activity seems to be tied to a Microsoft Account...
I only use Local Accounts, I am wondering how that affects things...
Does anyone know?

this does not affect local account..but then u may sign in at app store and office 365 or so...but this does not ...but there is some telemetry

Just think. If an AI were doing the CCC it would immediately complete it and being the first to do so would be doing it again the next day. It would then immediately complete that one and therefore, being the first to complete it, would do the CCC for the next day... ad infinitum.
Just be glad you aren't an AI.

I remember Christhmus from when I was a lad! The important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn't have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...
